6-Day Istanbul and Bursa Tour

Day 1: Arrive and Overnight in Istanbul

Arrive at any time. Upon your arrival in Istanbul, you will be met with our company representative in the arrivals area of the airport who will be holding a signboard with your name on it. After meet and greet, you will then be transferred from the airport to your hotel in Istanbul. After hotel check-in, the rest of the day is at leisure on your own.

Day 2: Istanbul Byzantine & Ottoman Relics Tour

After breakfast at approximately 8:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the full-day tour. Today on the tour you will visit Hagia Sophia Museum, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Grand Bazaar, and Topkapi Palace. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 3: Bosphorus Cruise and Two Continents Tour

After breakfast at approximately 8:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel to join a full-day tour of the Bosphorus Cruise and Two Continents. Today on the tour you will visit Spice Bazaar (Egyptian), Bosphorus Tour on Boat, Beylerbeyi Palace, Bosphorus Bridge, and Camlica Hill. After the tour, you will be dropped back to your hotel at approximately 5:00 pm.

Day 4: Princes’ Island Tour from Istanbul

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel around 8:30 am to join a full-day tour of the Princess Islands. You will then get on-board a local shared passenger boat for a short trip to reach Buyukada or the Princess Islands. On the Princess Islands, you will see traditional wooden houses and will enjoy panoramic views from the Islands. You will experience the narrow streets and beautiful views of the summer homes of some of the most affluent Turks. Lunch will be provided in a traditional Turkish restaurant; a fish entree is recommended. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back to your hotel at approximately 5:30 pm.

Day 5: Bursa Tour from Istanbul

In the morning, you will depart by ferry to Yalova. After which drive to Bursa for a visit to Ulucamii (Great Mosque), Cumalikizik Village, Green Mosque, Green Tomb, and Uludag by cable car for a nice view of the mountain. After your tour of Bursa in late evening, return back to Istanbul around 8:30 pm.

Day 6: Departure from Istanbul – End of Tour Service

After breakfast, you will check-out from your hotel in Istanbul (hotel check-out is before 11:00 am) and will then be transferred to the Istanbul International airport according to your flight details. This will be the end of our tour and services.

• Tips to staff, items of a personal nature
• Drinks with meals (except the drinks served with breakfast)
• International flight tickets

• Entrance to the Harem if requested is an extra USD 15 per person
• Travel insurance

IMPORTANT INFO:

• The order of the itinerary is indicative and subject to change, but all visits described will take place.
• This is a regular group tour, but if requested at cost can be provided as a private tour.
• The regular group tour has shopping stops included in the tour.
• Please advise your arrival details at the time of booking.
• Please note that the Blue Mosque is not open for visitation on Fridays as it is closed for religious prayer services. You will only be able to visit the outside of the Blue Mosque area on tours operated on Fridays. No visitation will be allowed inside the Blue Mosque for tourists on Fridays.
• St. Sophia is closed on Monday, this will be replaced with the Basilica Cistern (Yerebatan Sarnici).
• Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesday, it will be replaced with the Beylerbeyi Palace.
• Grand Bazaar is closed on Sunday.
• Beylerbeyi Palace is closed on Mondays and Thursdays. If your tour falls on these days we will replace the visit to the Dolmabahce Palace with a visit to the Kariye Museum also known as The Chora Church.
• During religious holidays, the spice market and Grand Bazaar are closed.
