6 Days Istanbul City Tour

Day 1: Arrive and Overnight in Istanbul

Upon your arrival at Istanbul New Airport(IST) or Sabiha Gökcen Airport(SAW), our team will be waiting for you at the exit of the international line of the Airport, holding a sign with your name written on it. After which, you will be transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is free for you to spend at leisure. Alternatively, you can join the Night Cruise on the Bosphorus with Dinner & Show.

Day 2: Istanbul Byzantine & Ottoman Relics Tour

After your breakfast, around 8:30 am, we will pick you up from your hotel to begin a full-day tour of this magnificent city. It includes an official English-speaking guide, tickets, lunch at a central city restaurant, and a visit to the most resplendent monuments that the Ottoman, Byzantine, and Roman empires have handed down to future generations: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmet Mosque), Hippodrome (Sultanahmet Square), Topkapi Palace and Historical Grand Bazaar, which houses more than 4000 stores. After the tour, you will be dropped back to your hotel around 5:00 pm. The rest of the day will be at leisure.

Day 3: Bosphorus Cruise & Two Continents Tour

After breakfast at approximately 8:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel to begin the full-day tour of Bosphorus Cruise and Two Continents. On the tour today, you will visit the Spice Bazaar (Egyptian), Bosphorus Tour on Boat, Beylerbeyi Palace, Bosphorus Bridge, and Camlica Hill. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day 4: Princes’ Island Tour

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel around 8:30 am to join a full-day tour of the Princess Islands. You will then get on board a local shared passenger boat for a short trip to reach Buyukada or the Princess Islands. On the Princess Islands, you will see traditional wooden houses and will enjoy panoramic views from the Islands. You will experience the narrow streets and beautiful views of the summer homes of some of the most affluent Turks. Lunch will be provided in a traditional Turkish restaurant; a fish entree is recommended. At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel at approximately 5:30 pm.

Day 5: Sapanca and Masukiye Tour

Our trip will be starting from your hotel by picking you up with our car and a tour guide speaking (Arabic and English), where go of the European section of Istanbul to the Asian section passing through the Strait of Bosphorus through the suspension bridge. The journey starts in going to the zoo (in the summertime only) then head to Sapanca lake where relaxing where you can use boats. Then head to the area NATURKOY), where lunch will be near the waterfalls where the pure enjoyment of the scenery away from the atmosphere of cities air and inhaled. After enjoying the food meals get through depth into Masukiye City. In winter only go to Mount Kartepe where snow and a wonderful atmosphere. Then we will stop to rest in the shops for Turkish Delight and gifts famous in the Izmit area. At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to Istanbul. Around 7:30 pm you will arrive back in Istanbul and will be dropped off at your hotel.

Day 6: Departure from Istanbul – End of Tour Service

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel in Istanbul (hotel check-out is before 12:00 noon) and will then be transferred to the Istanbul International Airport according to your flight details. This will be the end of our tour and services.

IMPORTANT INFO:

• The order of the itinerary is indicative and subject to change, but all visits described will take place.
• This is a regular group tour, but if requested at cost can be provided as a private tour.
• The regular group tour has shopping stops included in the tour.
• Please advise your arrival details at the time of booking.
• Please note that the Blue Mosque is not open for visitation on Fridays as it is closed for religious prayer services. You will only be able to visit the outside of the Blue Mosque area on tours operated on Fridays. No visitation will be allowed inside the Blue Mosque for tourists on Fridays.
• Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesday, it will be replaced with the Basilica Cistern (Yerebatan Sarnici).
• Grand Bazaar is closed on Sunday.
• During religious holidays, the spice market and Grand Bazaar are closed.
• Beylerbeyi Palace is closed on Mondays and Thursdays. If your tour falls on these days we will replace the visit to the Beylerbeyi Palace with a visit to the Kariye Museum also known as The Chora Church.
